Welcome to my little piece of the world... I have developed this site with hopes to educate consumers about the direction of the real estate industry in a no-nonsense, straight forward manner. The real estate and financial markets are a mess right now, but that doesn't mean there aren't people still looking to buy and sell. If you're one of them, this website will give insight to help you weather current conditions. You will find that this doesn't seem like the typical real estate website. That is because I am NOT the typical Realtor. I think different from my colleagues and therefore my vision is different. I use my specialized education and experience to develop innovative solutions in a market where change is the continuum. It takes hard work, persistence, and a little creativity, but it can be done.

I run my business like I run my marathons... more than enough preparation followed by a steady pace forward to the finish line, all the while knowing that the next morning, I will wake up fresh and do it all again...only the next time a little better.
